Please note that we do not issue any refunds. However, we do offer exchanges in case you are unsatisfied with your order. We have a 10 days return policy following receipt of your package. To be eligible, your candle must be in the same condition as received ; with no signs of use and in the original packaging.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us on email@example.com and we will happily provide you with a RA number (Return Authorization).
All orders (including pre-order) are final. We do not accept order cancellations as we work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
